REFUND/REINSTATEMENT POLICY
Students that withdraw from the driver education program prior to completion are entitled to a prorated refund according to the following schedule. Processing fee for debit/credit card use is excluded from ALL refunds.
Withdrawal prior to start:
100% of fee paid (excluding processing fees)

Withdrawal after start:
50% of fees paid divided by 30 hours for each hour of classroom not completed.
50% of fees paid divided by 6 hours for each hour behind the wheel instruction not
completed.
If fees are paid in full at the time of withdraw, refunds will equal:
Classroom Instruction Hours = 30
Cost of classroom instruction = $150.00
Prorated Hourly = $5.00
Behind the Wheel Instructional Hours = 6
Cost of Behind the Wheel Instruction = $150.00
Prorated Hourly = $25.00
Refunds will be forwarded to the address on record within 15 days of the date that written notification of withdrawal is made.
Re-start Program: If course fee is not paid in full, balance must be paid in full to re-start. If course is paid in full, student can re-start program one time. If student has to re-start program more than once, half of course fee is required.
In addition to the refund, students will receive documentation of any training that was completed on the appropriate Motor Vehicle Administration provided forms.
B&A Brothers Driving Academy is required to have students complete the driver education program within 18 weeks of the first day of class and up to 3 years of registration.
If student does not complete the class within 3 years of registration and student wishes to enroll again and pay again.
